The client wanted to make their home work better for their family, which includes two small children. This meant reconfiguring the layout of the property, moving the bedroom’s away from the living areas, and bringing a better connection to the garden space.
Our client also wanted to include some timeless features, to help increase the value of the property further down the line. These stand out features include: an exposed brick wall and a glass ceiling, complete with steel beams and privacy glazing.
This home also enjoys a broken-plan layout, which allows the room to feel separate but with no space being wasted to dark corridors.
